Basil Milk Drink | Cooling Drink | Healthy Drink

INGREDIENTS (2 servings)

  • 300 ml chilled almond milk / 250 ml chilled double toned milk
  • 2 tsp basil seeds
  • 2 dates
  • 2 big or 3 small figs
  • 3-4 drops vanilla essence
  • 2 tsp finely chopped almonds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First chop the dates and figs.
  2. Now add the milk, chopped dates, chopped figs and vanilla essence in a mixer grinder.
  3. Then grind them altogether and pour them out into 2 glasses.
  4. Soak the basil seeds for 5 minutes only and add them into the glasses equally and mix them nicely.
  5. Garnish the cooling drinks with finely chopped almonds and serve chilled.

Tips: – If taken at night an hour before going to bed then it helps to  relieve constipation.
