We work with clients across professions, age groups, and genders. Our clientele includes students, working professionals, homemakers, business professionals with varied health conditions like obesity, PCOD, thyroid, heart conditions, diabetes and so on. Life is about choices! However, many people don’t think that health, wellness, fitness, and living a better life are things we choose. In today’s fast-paced world, lifestyle goes top-speed and many put their health on hold either due to time or lack of awareness and invite life style related problems. By choosing me you will be working with a certified dietitian and nutritionist who have the right expertise to guide you to make the nutrition and exercise choices you need to live a healthy, better life. My work is to evolve an eating pattern that fits into your work schedule and life style, so that there is no question of going on or off. We work at educating with client to understand their body’s requirement. Just as eating wrong has immediate effect on the body, so does eating correct. One will start feeling better, more energetic and shrunk within a week or two of following the diet. You will get to eat your choices of food in a new way. With this diet, one should know how to eat right kind of food eaten at right time, right quantity and in a right manner. I believe that, Weight loss or rather fat loss is just a by-product.Doesn’t it make sense to start the rest of your life today in a healthier way?
